Refund Policy – Nutriscents
Thank you for shopping at Nutriscents. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return at Nutriscents, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received. All products must be returned in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. A valid order number or receipt must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, some items cannot be returned. These include:
Opened or used supplements
Opened, unsealed, or used perfumes
Gift cards
Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Any item showing signs of tampering, wear, or usage will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
4. How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our mistake.
- Unapproved returns or returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. To request an exchange, please contact us at therightresources@gmail.com.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your bank or card provider—processing times may vary.
